Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales made through R-Equipment’s online store are final. Because of the nature of agricultural equipment and parts, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


If an incorrect or damaged part is received, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@requipment.com or 815-899-8998 so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Shipping & Handling Policy

R-Equipment ships parts nationwide within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Most small parts are shipped via standard parcel carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Larger or freight items may require special handling and will be quoted separately.


Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. If you prefer to arrange your own freight or pick up your order locally, please contact us at info@requipment.com before completing your purchase.
